1. Scope of Services

VenueGuard USA provides non-intrusive, read-only diagnostic assessments and automated monitoring of publicly accessible website endpoints, SSL certificates, and DNS records. Our services do not include destructive penetration testing, code exploitation, or invasive server modification.

2. Non-Destructive Guarantee

All diagnostic probes are lightweight HTTP requests designed to cause zero disruption to target servers or customer booking forms.

3. Subscription & Cancellation

Security Monitoring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through our Client Portal or via email without long-term contracts or cancellation penalties.
